Fabric Thread Cutter

This is a housing for a 45mm rotary cutter blade (8mm central hole). These are used a lot in the quilting world. The blade is housed vertically and is mostly adult finger safe. This is designed to allow series of chained fabric pieces that have been sewn together to be quickly cut up via pushing down on the blade and isolated.
