Like the 3-Way Attachment from Rockler, this clamp attaches to most F-style, bar, and trigger clamps to convert it to a 3-way clamp. This attachment makes applying edging and flushing up joints much eaiser.
To create one (1) face clamp attachment, you will need to print:
(1) Face Clamp Attachment
(1) Large End Cap
(1) Small End Cap
(2) Quarter-20 Knob
In addition, you will need:
(1) 1/4"-20 x 6" Full Thread Hex Bolt
(1) 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" Full Thread Hex Bolt
(3) 1/4"-20 Hex Nuts
Assembly:
1.) Using a strong super glue, glue three (3) hex nuts into the three (3) hex shaped cavities in the body of the face frame attachment.
2.) Using a strong super glue, glue the head of the 6" hex bolt into the hex shaped cavity in one of the knobs.
3.) Using a strong super glue, glue the head of the 1-1/2" hex bolt into the hex shaped cavity in one of the knobs.
4.) Screw the 6" bolt into the two (2) hex nuts until the bolt is protruding through the end.
5.) Screw the 1-1/2" b
