Face Mask Quick Release

This is a quick release for use with the [COVID-19 V2](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4225667) face masks and their remixes. I've used this clasp for over a week and feel comfortable to release it here on Thingiverse.

If you are like me, and have to wear a mask all day at work. It's nice to be able to unstrap it quickly when needed. You know what I mean:
* wanna drink your coffee
* eat a snack
* blow your nose
* it still sucks with the surprise sneeze, but easier to deal with the aftermath...

Anyhow, one thing I have noticed, is the different elastic straps that I have used. The tend to lose their tension after a few days. Can't find regular nylon straps skinny enough for my [fasteners](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4268872), so I figure I would try string that is found everywhere.
