Maybe a good compromise between stability / weight / print time...
This simple frame can be printed without any support.
My parameters are :
- layer 0.4
- nozzle 0.6
- speed 60 mm/s
Material depend on the final usage (upon authorization) PLA/PETG, etc...
The plastic shield has to be perforated with a standard «DIN-A4» shape.
6 mm diameter holes with 80 mm between each.
Don’t hesitate to reverse-bend the frame during the plastic sheet insertion in order to facilitate the clipping.
