Face shield for A4 sheet , landscape

(Use "_5" file for better ease of sheet insertion )
1. Added 3 small projection on inside surface where transparent sheet is inserted, this helped me handle inserting a bit easily.
2. A slot is cut in the front. This gives a keyway to start inserting the transparent sheet, especially when in surgical gloves.
3. Added a slot where the adapter can be locked.
4. Customized for 20mm velro or elastic band (that is what i get here)
5. changed the angle and profile of the top inclined portion as per the local suggestion here (this is very slightly longer than original)
6. covered the bottom open portion
