Face Shield for Z87 shields

This is a covid19 face shield that is easy to make and use with "Z87 replacement shields" (these have clear lenses and slots in them)

This mask works great with Z87 replacement shields. You can also use the common "report" binders and 3 hole punch them but they are usually not very clear. It is best to buy a Z87 replacement shield for a few bucks since they are crystal clear and impact rated.


We also changed the design so you can make it with a .25" router bit. We shortened up the loops in the back and made the hooks larger so that a .25" bit could cut them.

3D printing is great but if needed in mass quantity then it is best to buy 3/16 plastic and use a large bed router with a .25" or smaller bit.
