Faceshield Fusion v2

We created these two designs to make heavy duty re-usable face shields for use in Operating Theatre/ICU and general medical environments.

We've tested them with Anaesthetist and General Practitioner Doctors in Australia. In the process of getting it listed with the TGA - will update when approved

The two designs are:
- 1. Frameless the simplest has NO Frame - just a 3D Printed buckle! (So we can make lots!)
+ Parts: 0.8mm Polycarbonate, Rubber Strip, 3DPrinted Buckle


- 2. 3DPrinted Frame:
+ Includes 6 ventilation holes (printed closed, but they can 'snap-out' if needed)
+ houses heavy duty 0.8mm polycarbonate (or thinner!) - cut size in PDF templates (thin transparency may require bluetac to not slide out)
+ Parts: 0.8mm Polycarbonate sheeting, 3DPrinted Frame and Strap, (rubber strip optional)


- Both Design Visors are approx A3 (will take A3, but typically trimmed shorter and round corners)
