This is a derivative of the [Prusa face shield](https://blog.prusaprinters.org/from-design-to-mass-3d-printing-of-medical-shields-in-three-days/), and is a variant of their Release Candidate 1 ('RC1'), adapted to use an A4 [punched pocket](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punched_pocket), which you might find at your local supermarket, and it is very possible that you have hundreds lying around in the office already.
You can also use a perforator on the 'A6' setting to punch holes from both sides.
You're able to easily attach/detach a perforated pocket, allowing you to replace these away after a single use. The 3D printed part can be soaked with soapy water to clean it. It is reusable.
You can attach a 'buttoned elastic band' [as mentioned in the original Prusa blog article](https://blog.prusaprinters.org/from-design-to-mass-3d-printing-of-medical-shields-in-three-days/).
