The design has been updated to better accomodate an elastic strap headband, and the venting improved (also helps reduce print time to around 3.5 hours).
Also added a PDF template so you can trim the plastic shield to better contour to the users body.

##Overview##
This is a general purpose face shield designed to use off the shelf materials to create a low cost and comfortable protection from fluids or vapour transfer. To complete the build, you will need:
* an elastic strap (around 50cm),
* 2 x 25mm fold back (bulldog) clips,
* and an overhead transparency sheet (designed for A4, but foolscap should work as well).


##Details##
Prototype built on a Makerbot Replicator 2x, slicing done in Simplify3D, printed with ABS.
Makerbot print file attached - prints with raft, print time around 4hrs, and uses 63g of material.
