Here is simple faceted box with thread
The figure dimension is about 45x45x55mm
I drew this to check the thread gaps on my 3D printer.
Аs a result, I made sure that it is necessary to make gaps
between adjacent parts of about 0.1-0.2 mm. In this case,
subsequent processing of the part is almost unnecessary.
Simplest design, very easy to print, no glue, no nuts, no screws.
To achieve the result you need to print every of two parts one time.
It's recommended to use filament of different colors.
PETG, ABS, PLA and any other is good choice for the thing filament.
I use Ender 3 (with standard hotend 0.4) and about 3-4 hours to print this box.
You can use a thinner nozzle and layer height to archive maximum accuracy
May be you need sandpaper or nailfile to smooth edges.
