Fairphone 5 Case - Rugged

Due to the current lack of available Acessoires for the new Fairphone 5,i decided to develop a Case for the Phone to fit my needs.This case is extremely massive!I developed this case for the hard usage in my metal workshop.It has a bumper rail of 1,8mm around the Display in order to protect the displayThe Cameras are protected by a 2,8mm high bumper rail.The entire case hovers ~2mm above a plain surface.Use 40% Gyroid infill in order to make the shell more soft for impactsATTENTION / DISCLAIMER:I needed 4 design-iterations and changed printer settings.the model is not easy to print right.i finally managed to get a usable product.Please don't judge me if it doesnt work immedately on your setup.It is TPU, it is a difficult print. extensive rework with a scalpel and a lighter is mandatory.
