Fairy Light Solar Panel Mount
Mount your solar panel assembly for your out-door lights on to fence posts with ease!
This will work for any solar panel assembly designed to fit on a 20-21mm pole/stake
Simply line the mount up in the location you need it and use 3 x M3x15mm self-tapping screws to secure it to your fence post or side of a shed. The mount can be positioned in any direction to suit the angle you want your solar panel facing.
Very simple to print. place the mount with the flat mounting surface on the bed and use supports for the part that inserts into the solar panel.
The mount in the pictures was printed in Basic PLA Black and has been out in the weather for 2+ months (Including a heat wave!) and it has shown no signs of warping, however, PETG or a stronger material maybe better in the long run.
Materials needed:
3 x Self Tapping M3x15mm screws
Comments and advice on improvements is always welcome.
Happy Printing! 😊
