Halo Reach Carter Helmet

Version of Halo Reach Commando helmet using helmet from [Halo Reach - Noble 1 - Carter - A259 - Mark 5 armor set including Helmet](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3475985) as a base.





Added details referencing Halo Reach from MCC on PC version.


Neck separated from the rest of the helmet in order to make a better fit for wearing. Keep the neck/back helmet piece separated from the rest of the helmet and install magnets in order to align the pieces for wearing.
