Extend the Faller Houseboat (https://www.faller.de/de/de/Produkte/Spurweiten/H0-Programm/Die-Stadt-das-Dorf/Zubeh%C3%B6r-Ausschm%C3%BCckung/2-Hausboote-sid6477.html) by the missing hull part to make it actually swim. The included stand matches the shape of the hull section and allows the ship to stand stably on solid ground.

You may also add an interiour to the houseboat and/or add the steering console for the skipper.
