This is a model of a stimpak from fallout 4 that I made from scratch. For the needle and the wires, use a paper clip. The holes are sized perfectly for it. You might need to do some sanding to make that one long bar piece fit though the body of the syringe. Also, I wouldnt use the preassembled stl file, I only used it so you can see what it looks like. Glue is needed for some parts
