Just a basic model I did based on a Fallout 2 item (keycards)
There were 3 keycards, related to Vault 15, gecko or some unused (like the vertibird one)
The one here right now, its the Red Keycard that should open the Vault 15 elevator... Maybe I will upload some other models related to the Yellow and blue ones...
*Update: Gecko PP KeyCard (that can fit on any color)
The Keycard model itself was modeled with a small space inside so it can be used on you ussual day, for example placing a credit card or any transportation card inside.. so it serves also to protect or cover your card... Just make sure that card its going to be used wireless and you are not required to insert it on any machine... for example some machines will require to insert the card on a tight slot, for example to recharge transportation cards, and this "cover" will just not fit... Anyways still can be used as decoration prop.
The screws holes are really tiny (1mm) so I suggest using electronics ones,
