Fallout Shelter Insert v2

Took the great insert made by ilciko3d and edited the card holder to suit my OCD a little better. When sleeving the cards, they tended to pop out of the top, so I beefed up the holder a bit. Also, the cog symbol on for the large cards was off-center, so I moved it on over :)
