Fallout Switch plate and Dimmer switch

I just added holes in the plate to allow it to be mounted to a switch or dimmer. I have also split the plate in half so the white and black can be printed separately and you just glue them together (I'm not the greatest painter). I have also included the vault 13 knob designed by wooj78 to have the full package.

Be careful about scaling this since the holes will not be large enough if scaled down.
