Fami Hat ChainsawMan

Fami's hat from Chainsawman. Hat and pin are printed with TPU so it can be flexible with dawning and doffing. I printed with 30% infill and 2 walls to add some rigidity to everything. Pin is printed with gold TPU with ironing active. I used a soldering iron to melt the back of the pin square to the hat as seen in the picture. Added two versions of the hat, but I recommend "Hat final 2". You cut the back open so the TPU hat can slip into your hat cover.

For the cover, I used medium weight cotton twill for the circumference. Then I used a 4way stretch active wear fabric for the top so it can fit to your head better. On the circumference, I made two loops for the hat to slide into, then I made the part over the lid shorter to account for the lid.

I used Chicago screws and leather straps from amazon for the piece up front. You have to drill the holes yourself. Don't forget your blue locktight!

*Hat is sized for a 7.5in head with a wig on top of it.
