This is a plain ceiling fan balancing clip. Fan balancing kits sell for about 10 bucks online, but you can print this thing out for a few cents and use it the same way.
If printed with 30% infill it should come out to about 5g, which is roughly the same weight as a US nickel and a bit of tape.
