This is a fan filtering unit for use on any printer enclosure.
It's designed to use in combination with the Nilfisk AirCare HEPA filter and a 92x92mm fan.
I added it to the
Prusa Printer Enclosure V2..
Size: 145*134mm, about 60mm deep when using a 25mm fan.
You will need:
4x M4x35mm screw
4x M4x20mm screw (for mount on a 3mm Acrylic sheet, adjust to your needs.)
8x M4 nut
1x 92x92mm fan. (I used a 230VAC unit running on the mains of the printer in combination with a temperature controller and a SSR)
1x Nilfisk HEPA filter (GM 200 - 499 series)
1x Universal carbon filter for kitchen hood, cuttable. (optional)
You can use the FFU_Grid_DrillAssist part to mark the cut out on the desired location.
After marking your filter cut out and drill holes remove the 4 corners from the model using a snap-off knife.
