Simple CAD of a fan grill for 120mm fans. Angles airflow 45deg in any direction mounted.
Printing with 3 Outlines/Perimeters will make for a smooth result as it then will not print infill on thin walls.
EDIT: Added new version with holes in the front. Needed on some fan designs and thick screwdrivers. Grills can also be attached just using superglue.
