I can get no fan that won't emit tons of vibration in rotation.
It make noise, and it add "ghosting" artifact on printed surfaces.
So I'm trying to detach fan from printerd head with an antivibration support.
One is just between fan and support, fixed with screws added of "little cap" as see in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3036948
Other is more complex one. Should work as a damper, totally separating both fan and support introducing antivibration material.
I shouldn't have turn the fan stage by 45° and using onlly 2 screws as dampers do. but I prefer to keep 4 in fixation for my first try. It will add screws and nuts weight to the fan, transmitting less vibrations.
Next will use only 2 screw in order to keep hole alignment. (as dampers do)
Supposed to be printed with ultra flex TPU material (as ninjaflex, shore 85A)
Guess this won't need support, just in doubt for some particular place in the part.
Will study it and add inner required support for better br
