For increase the resistence of elastomer or decrease, simply adjust the thickness of the outlines in the second process. example, for more resistance increase the outline from 5 to 7 or 100% infill. For me is useless decrease the outline less than 5, because the elastomer will be too soft. I prefer for have less resistance to use 2 elastomer whit the settings described.
