Fixed and reworked ReProps' sword (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5784452). It had small, but really annoying errors with rotation. Plus the blade segments were not meshing and the blade itself was way too thick.
This version is optimized for 250mm print height (Bambu P1 for example). The total length is 1.5m. If you want longer or shorter, you will need to play with scaling.
To assemble it, you will need to have an M8 threaded rod (1m length), an M8 nut and a drill or pliers of some sort.
- When you print the handle, be sure to drop the M8 nut into its opening. If you print the handle without that, you will not be able to assemble it.
- The spine hole on Blade A has to be tapped to M8. You can use a proper tap or just take the M8 rod and use it to cut a thread into the plastic. The pliers or a hand drill can help here.
All the sections in between will be held together by these two parts.
Assembly:
- Take Blade A and turn in the M8 rod as far as possible.
- Insert two 6mm pins l
