Fast Mask

This mask is easy and fast to make and provides a good seal to the face, which is critical for efficient aerosol filtration.

FAST PRINT: The mask prints in as little as 12 minutes on an Ultimaker 3 using PLA with custom settings

TIGHT SEAL: The combination of nose reinforcement and fabric flaps around the nose provide the tight seal necessary for efficient filtration

FAST ASSEMBLY: After printing the mask can be cut out and assembled in a couple minutes

MATERIAL CHOICE: The mask has been tested with PLA, PP, Flannel and Vacuum bag. Many other materials will work.

NOTE: While the mask works fine with PLA, printing with PP creates a mask which can be autoclaved for sterilization and reuse.
