Fastener (Replacement for Chicago Screw)

This is a fastener design that can be used to replace Chicago Screws. Of course it is not as strong, but should work for testing. I designed it to be used with a prototype of a Cyborg Beast.

Each piece is printed in half. This should make it a higher quality. I don't think you need to glue the halfs together. Just slide them in (on both sides). Add a dab of glue on the solid core where it meets the head of the sleeved part.

Parametric. It is easy to change the size.
