Faster calibration tower

This a (remix) generic calibration tower for fast printing with round pillar with large base for stability. Print @ 0.2, including first layer, 0% infill, 3 walls thick, 3 bottom layers and 0 top layer

9 sections to print with multiple process. Between each section, 0.6mm smaller round with a 0.2mm overhang, so with a 0.4 nozzle, really no problem. If you print @ 0.2, including first layer, here's the height of sections:
