Fastest Retraction test

I have needed to re-calibrate my printer after a new computer and loss of Cura Profiles, and I noticed all of the tests on Thingiverse take 30+ min for such a simple test. So, I whipped this up pretty quick to allow for actual testing and calibration that wont take hours of printing over days of calibrating. This takes about 8min for a .2mm layer height. which about half of the other "quick" one I found here.
