Fatshark 18650 battery pack with clip on cap (No screws required), made to work with 9v setp up reg and led indicator.
It's a bit on the bulky side but very sturdy.

I recommend to print the case in TPU and the lid in PLA or TPU. I've printed both in TPU without issue.

Slice and print case standing up & Lid flat side down.
No supports on the case unless you feel so inclined, use supports for the lid.

If you feel like you have the skills to build this then that's on you, I am only providing the case that could house such components and the rest is on you. If you can't solder stop here and do not attempt this build, if you do not feel comfortable around electronics and batteries then again stop here and do not attempt this build. You are on your won from here.
