Faucet cap with inside M8 thread

Replacement cap for an automatic faucet above a sink. The faucet has a set screw with M8 thread over which the cap can be attached. The recess fits a shopping coin or a 2 euro coin to turn the cap. The cap holds well, but must not be tightened too much, because the thread can not withstand too much pull. The thread is based on a SCAD module by Dan Kirschner under GPL license, which has been added to this thing. The two SCAD files need to be in the same directory, Armaturkappe.scad is the main file, which includes threads.scad.
