It seems that triangle type handle was only used in Japan a few decades ago...

日本でもあまり見かけなくなった三角形の蛇口ハンドルにかぶせて無理矢理レバー型にできるパーツです。ハンドル部分をレバーに交換できるパーツが普通にホームセンターで売られていますので、そのほうが強度的にも安定度的にも安心なのですが、売ってなくてもネジ交換しなくても使えます。
ネタパーツですが、ちゃんと使えます。
