Fearless Heavy Cruiser

The famous and well armed Fearless class heavy cruiser is replicated here. Known for their ability to take on numerous enemy ships outnumbered and, at times, in difficult tactical situations, the Fearless class set a new standard for ship design at the time. Some 13 were completed (although 12 more were ordered, they were converted to the similar but improved Gorgun Class), from 2599 to 2621, and they served in all areas of the Federation.
Their main tactic was to tilt to the enemy, target the enemy ship with its superior rangefinder and then train all guns for area fire. At shorter ranges the rear turrets could independently target the enemy and also co-link with other turrets, while the smaller turrets could also rely on the main range finder. At close range the cruiser could shoot in all directions if able to pivot freely on its axis.
