Feather Board

There are a few feather boards already on Maker World but I didn't see any I liked. They were too flimsy, too small, not long enough, difficult to mount, or required special purchased parts. So I made my own. It's simple, durable, easy to use, and easy to print. It's 173mm in total width with 120mm of “feathers” to press against your material. This also makes it A1 mini compatible. The bolt tracks will fit ¼" imperial bolts or up to M8 metric. One last note about printing. I've set the print profile to use 0.6mm line widths. A 0.4mm nozzle will print these perfectly. I've switched almost all of my printing over to the 0.6mm line width. It saves printing time without sacrificing strength or it's the same print time with added strength. You can certainly change it back to 0.4mm line width if you'd like. If you have any issues please let me know. Otherwise, enjoy!
