Feature part

This is again a very simple machinable part. Beginners can use it to understand feature machining and experts can use it to test out how quickly they can get a program out for this part. I personally did it in under 15 minutes. Manufacturing: 1. Get raw material in block form. 2. Hold it in a machine vice. 3. Rough and finish it using an endmill. Casting Techniques: 1. Create a pattern (use a 3D-Printer or wood made pattern) 2. Use sand casting Technique with double sand in-fills to get great detailing and better surface finish. 3. If you wish to eliminate machining after casting, then you can go for die-casting.
