Fender FT-004 Replacement Pivot

The Fender FT-004 chromatic tuner has a weak point that is prone to breakage. The part snaps in such a way that gluing it is not very effective. This is a drop-in replacement, with all dimensions as close as I could make them - though I did add a slight fillet at the weak point.
