Fender Lock

School: Ryerson University Instructor: Vincent Hui The design functions by by securely attaching to the frame of the bicycle rather than the traditional seat-post method. It then can be extended to cover over the back wheel of the bicycle, preventing water and other elements to fly up onto the cyclist. When the fender is not needed, it can be retracted and rotated along the hinge to hook onto the lock mechanism secured directly under the seat.
