Since my Fermzilla 27L Conical fermenter didn't ship with a stainless steel handle I made one myself. Fits around the neck of the Fermzilla with two handles to lift it in.
I tested it with 27 liters in the fermenter and some dynamic lifting motion and it held up fine.
I printed it with 5 shells/perimeters and 75% infill. 0.2 layer height. Maybe overkill but since I only needed two and wanted them to feel stiff and last a long time I chose those settings. I'd rather spend a bit more plastic and time than risking to drop a full batch of beer...
Designed to screw together using a 4mm Hex socket cap head bolt and 4mm hex nut since that was what I had at home and it would fit the design. I think they are mainly used for bike parts. Also called Allen insert bolt when I googled for the correct name.
Print two of each file and assemble with bolt and nut.
The blue filament is just since I ran out of black during the final layers of printing. No functionality other than looking
