Festool Kapex 120 Zero Clearance Insert

Zero Clearance insert for the Festool Kapex 120.

I suggest printing the top plate with the top side facing down with support for the counterbore holes. This gives a cleaner mating surface for the overlap.

I also printed with 6 top & bottom layers and 30% infill. After cutting through with the Kapex, you will need to clean up the edge with sandpaper.
