Fidget cylinder spinner

this is a fidget cylinder, you can spin the outer piece. Assembly take the hollow cylinder and place it over the cylinder with the two little holes the take the peice with the prongs all the ways and move it until it catches this is my first model so i hope you enjoy it!Boost MePlease consider Boosting my model!Thanks!
