Adult and child fidget spinners. I uploaded the Autodesk Inventor part files as well as the .stl files. You will need to order 608 ball bearing assemblies online. To keep it cheap I opted to use pennies for the weights. You can redesign the decorative caps (A, B, C and Baseball) that I uploaded to meet your needs.
