These can be printed in two colours and different types of filament with a single extruder if you print off half and then switch filament. These were made to have a tight fit so the bearings do not fall out. A suggestion would be to use the back of a screwdriver e.x. to bang in the bearings. You also don't even need to put bearings in the outside ones. You could just print off something that is 22mm in diameter.
