Spinner works with standard skateboard bearing (608)

I have made:

- 2 Arms Spinner

- 3 Arms Spinner

- 3 Arms Spinner with 33 holes inside for steel balls from bearing (for more weight)

- Cap and cap with hole

If you would like to print spinner with balls inside, edit your gecode like that:

After line G1 Z6.4 write:
