Extend it, compress it, twist it, turn it! This design has a lot of print-in-place joints. After printing, ensure that it cools fully, and then patiently start to work each joint. Starting at the end, twist the joint backwards and forwards very slowly until it starts to move. Once you can turn it a full 360°, then it is safe to move to the next joint.
