This is a 3.5x5.5 Field Notes cover that I designed because I really did not feel like spending $15 for a low quality leather one Online.
This fits any 3.5x5.5 Field notes booklet. You can get them on amazon for reasonably cheap.
Hardware needed:
4 - M2*12 Bolts (Or Filament and Glue if you want a Hardware-less version) **Best with M2 hardware**
Either strong glue, or some sort of metal you can heat up to melt the Clamp into the Front and Back covers for the note book covers to slide under to hold in place.
Assembly Instructions:
- You can either use the 4 M2*12 Bolts or your can use Filament for attaching the hinge portion to the covers.
- I use a Wood Burner with a flat tip to melt the Clamp pieces to the covers in the designated slots. (Glue could work too I suppose)
- Once you get both Covers affixed to the hinge and the clamp portion has been adhered with your desired option, the cover is complete.
Printer Setting Via CURA:
Print Quality: .2 Layer Height
Wall thickness: 1.2mm
