Filament Dry Storage Box

Everyone quickly learns how challenging it can be to keep multiple rolls of filament dry and ready for use. Using a filament dryer before every print is simply not an option. Many people use the vacuum sealed plastic bags for each roll of filament. I definitely use those as well but I have found that using a dry storage box is much more convent and also keeps the moisture levels down more effectively than multiple plastic bags, especially for rolls that are not used quite as regularly (or for the expensive rolls that are for specific purpose). There are many different storage containers that are commonly used including the cereal box types, but those can only accommodate a single roll and require a lot of cereal boxes that are pretty expensive. This model was designed to fit the Sterilite 20qt Gasket Box that has a foam gasket. The gasket is very important for long term storage. This box is definitely my go to box.
