Filament funnel for external spool

It makes it a lot easier to insert the filament from an external spool. Here it is mounted on a P1S using the stock PTFE tube, you can adjust its diameter in the .f3d file. Make sure to match the exposed length of the PTFE tube in the neck of the funnel so that it leads the filament inside the tube without impacting on its edges.
