Filament Guide Funnel for PTFE Tube (V-Core / Spool Holder Mount)
This funnel is designed to make feeding filament into a PTFE tube much easier and more reliable.
This is the STL file for the right side spool holder. Mirror the model for the left side spool holder.
Mounting
The bracket mounts directly to the aluminum extrusion/profile of the spool holder using an M8 bolt/screw.
Printing
Print with supports to ensure the small 2 mm hole is printed cleanly.
Post-processing
After printing, drill the funnel passage with a 2 mm drill bit to clear/finish the channel.
Hardware required
1× PC4-M10 PTFE fitting (push-fit coupling)
The fitting can be screwed directly into the opening — no tapping/thread cutting required.
