I had a problem of clogging with wood filament. To make it smooth for Flsun i3 bowden extruder, I made this and am using with olive oil.
These have tapped hole for PC4-M6.
Although It became smooth, the things were moved during printing may be because of the weak contact with bed. So, I am using glue stick.
