This is a 1.75mm filament pelletizer that utilizes spare parts off of an upgraded Genmitsu 3018 CNC, an Ender 5+, and various other 3+ year old projects. It's meant to be built using as many printed and recycled parts as possible. Below you'll find my parts list - I've included Amazon links (NOT affiliate) to similar products as those I used, but they are by no means required. They're just what I used.
My parts list:
- Ender 5+ extruder (https://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-Creality-Extruder-Drive1-75mm-Filament/dp/B07WHYBVJ5 - this is the upgraded extruder; I used the original one off my printer)
- 24v 42mm (45mm with spacer) 775 DC motor with +/- wire leads
- motor speed controller (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P6CZ21R)
- e11 1/4" collet
- 5/8" straight bit (1/4" shank)
- 24v bipolar 42 stepper motor (NEMA 17) with 6 pin to 4 pin cable
